Our
Ropes Course elements are exciting ways for
your group to grow in trust, confidence, communication, overcoming
fears, meeting challenges, better relationships and just a
plain all out fun learning experience.
With coordination from our well trained staff, your group
will stretch, gain understanding, and meld in ways that can't
be accomplished in day-to-day normal life. Our leaders pass
your group through the rope elements, customizing your experience
to meet the needs of your group.
In the Ropes Course group members will get to know each other
through a variety of interactive games. They will learn to
work as a team under pressure, plan, communicate and reach
goals that can be transfered back to their world.
Low Ropes Elements are fashioned
to provoke communication, pull down walls and barriers, enhance
the trust factor, develop problem-solving skills, and create
thrilling memories for a lifetime. After each element the
groups are challenged to reflect and discuss all they have
done and what they experienced doing it (and what they could
do to make it better) and how it felt to work as a team under
pressure. This is the fundamental base of experiential team
building. Just a "seminar" or a" talking head"
video will never do the trick in today's world, but true understanding
fostered by an experience or real life struggle and victory
will.
After reflection and discussion, we
move on to the next level: the High Ropes!
High Ropes include elements
that are positioned at various levels above the ground, all
designed to continue all the positive discoveries that were
made on the low ropes but take your group to an even higher
degree helping to eliminate fear, better communication, supporting
your team, and building strong confidence, and of course providing
the rush of a lifetime. Elements can include wire bridges,
climbing structures, zip lines and more. Each element presents
it's own physical and mental challenges and our experienced
staff will lead your group through the emotional challenges
and discoveries as well.
After the course your team
will have the opportunity to transfer these experiences to
their day-to-day lives. More effective leaders, managers,
communicators & team members are the results you should
expect!
